Fresh Approach Cleaning Professionals LLC is a seasoned professional commercial cleaning services company that has conducted business in the greater Kansas City area since 1988. Our mission is to increase the productivity of our clients' workplace by personally and quietly working behind the scenes.
Fresh Approach was formed in February of 1988 after a client who knew Sharon Auck when she was partners in another company contacted her. This client asked Sharon to start her own cleaning company - they not only liked her, but they trusted her and wanted to be her first client. Without hesitation, Sharon launched Fresh Approach Cleaning Professionals LLC. She very intentionally chose the name of her business as she planned to take a “fresh approach” to the concept of office cleaning, as well as a “fresh approach” to the people she employed and those for whom she worked.

A "Fresh Approach" to Commercial Cleaning Based on Quality
Utilizing her 14 years of experience in the quality assurance field, Sharon implemented her own quality process and system. This, coupled with training employees and placing the right people on the right jobs, has ensured client, as well as employee, loyalty.
Fresh Approach’s core clientele have been with Sharon and her team from 8-19 years. Only in the last four years has Fresh Approach started adding new clients due to the referrals from her core clients. In addition, Fresh Approach’s team, including members who have worked for her up to 10 years, recently grew, adding 3 new jobs as well as promoting 3 others from part-time to full-time.
Fresh Approach, Sharon and her team – including two daughters – are poised for expansion. The systems and processes are secure to
further expand Fresh Approach’s “one-stop shop” professional quality cleaning services beyond this core client base all the while continuing Sharon’s personal mission of leaving the world a better, cleaner place.
